Please note that this warranty policy applies exclusively to electric scooters and does not cover other non-electric personal mobility products.

At Tooins, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding after-sales service to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers. Our after-sales policy is designed to address any product concerns quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our warranty coverage:

1. Core Components (1 Year Warranty)

  • Covered Parts: Motor, Battery, Controller, Charger.

  • Service: Free replacement accessories provided.

2. Functional Parts (3 Months Warranty)

  • Covered Parts: Front Light, Rear Light, Brake Light, Mechanical Brake, Accelerator.

  • Service: Free replacement accessories provided.

3. Consumables & Aesthetics (No Warranty)

  • Parts: Surface Paint, Decorative Strips, Foot Pad, Fender, Tires, Aesthetic Damage, and other unspecified parts.

  • Service: Not covered. Customer is responsible for accessory costs and shipping fees.

When the Warranty Is Not Valid

  • The repair involves consumable items not covered by the warranty.
  • The part shows signs of misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the manual’s instructions.
  • The issue results from an accident or intentional/reckless damage.
  • The issue is cosmetic or due to normal wear and tear.
  • There is no valid proof of purchase with a matching serial number and date.
  • The scooter has been disassembled, modified, or repaired with non-original parts or by an unauthorized person.

If your scooter requires service, contact the us to discuss repair options. If your scooter is registered under warranty and qualifies, repairs will be carried out free of charge.
