xTOOINS S1 is a lightweight electric scooter for kids, built on the proven MIDWAY Kiddo platform, designed for safe, smooth, and fun everyday riding. Tailored for children aged 8–12, the S1 combines a compact foldable design with reliable electric performance, making it ideal for neighborhood rides and short commutes.

The TOOINS S1 features a lightweight aluminum alloy frame with a compact folding structure. Weighing just 20.5 lb, it is easy for kids to handle and for parents to carry or store. Despite its light weight, the frame is sturdy and built for daily use.

Powered by a 150W motor and a 24V rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the S1 delivers smooth and predictable performance. On a single charge, it reaches a top speed of 9.3 mph (15 km/h) with a maximum range of 9.3 miles (15 km)—perfectly balanced for young riders.

With a maximum load capacity of up to 176 lb (80 kg) and the ability to handle 12% inclines, the TOOINS S1 performs well on typical urban and neighborhood terrain. It operates reliably within a temperature range of +5°C to +40°C, ensuring consistent performance in daily conditions.

xShipping & Delivery
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Continental US addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or non-US addresses due to battery safety restrictions.
Delivery Time: Most scooters are delivered within 3–5 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Accessories may ship separately and typically take 4–21 business days for delivery.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Support@Tooins.net within 3 business days. Please provide clear photos of the damage and keep all original packaging for carrier claims.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, no fees will be charged. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Once the product has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. By default, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise negotiated due to special circumstances.
Electric Scooter Return Policy
1. Return Period & Condition: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the scooter must be in its original condition, include all packaging/accessories, and have zero outdoor mileage. Outdoor riding is strictly prohibited for returns.
2. Return Shipping Fees:
• Quality Issues: If the product is defective or incorrect, we provide a free return or repair and cover all shipping costs.
• Non-Quality Returns: For any other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A flat fee of $90 USD per scooter will be deducted from your refund to cover round-trip logistics expenses.
3. Return Process: Do not send products back without our prior approval. We will provide a formal Return Label (RMA) after reviewing your request (usually within 2 business days). Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Parts & Accessories Policy
Individual parts and accessories are non-returnable. If an accessory is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. For core components like motors or controllers, we offer free replacements if issues occur within 7 days of delivery.
