The TOOINS M1 features a 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy frame, the same material commonly used in aviation applications for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. This rigid yet lightweight structure offers excellent impact resistance and durability, making it well-suited for daily urban commuting while remaining easy to handle.
Reliable Powertrain
Powered by a 48V 10Ah lithium-ion battery, the scooter drives 10-inch tires with a robust 600W (0.8HP) motor. The system delivers smooth acceleration, stable cruising, and consistent performance over long-term use. This proven powertrain is based on the same configuration used in the Midway Tank scooters sold in Russia.
Multi-Terrain Performance
The TOOINS M1 reaches a top speed of 25 mph and can handle slopes up to 15° with ease. A full charge provides up to 19 miles of range, making it ideal for daily commutes and short trips.
The large 10-inch tires offer stable and comfortable riding across multiple road surfaces, with a maximum load capacity of up to 300 lb, suitable for most adult riders.

xShipping & Delivery
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Continental US addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or non-US addresses due to battery safety restrictions.
Delivery Time: Most scooters are delivered within 3–5 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Accessories may ship separately and typically take 4–21 business days for delivery.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Support@Tooins.net within 3 business days. Please provide clear photos of the damage and keep all original packaging for carrier claims.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, no fees will be charged. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Once the product has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. By default, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise negotiated due to special circumstances.
Electric Scooter Return Policy
1. Return Period & Condition: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the scooter must be in its original condition, include all packaging/accessories, and have zero outdoor mileage. Outdoor riding is strictly prohibited for returns.
2. Return Shipping Fees:
• Quality Issues: If the product is defective or incorrect, we provide a free return or repair and cover all shipping costs.
• Non-Quality Returns: For any other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A flat fee of $90 USD per scooter will be deducted from your refund to cover round-trip logistics expenses.
3. Return Process: Do not send products back without our prior approval. We will provide a formal Return Label (RMA) after reviewing your request (usually within 2 business days). Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Parts & Accessories Policy
Individual parts and accessories are non-returnable. If an accessory is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. For core components like motors or controllers, we offer free replacements if issues occur within 7 days of delivery.
