The frame is made from high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy, a material commonly used in aerospace applications. This construction provides a rigid yet lightweight structure that supports riders up to 330 lbs while standing up to daily use.
Reliable 600W Power System
Powered by a 600W motor and a 48V 10.4Ah lithium-ion battery, the TOOINS M2 delivers smooth acceleration and consistent performance. It reaches speeds of up to 25 MPH and offers a riding range of up to 25 miles per charge. The electrical system meets strict safety standards for reliable daily operation.
Comfortable All-Terrain Ride
Large 12-inch tires improve stability and traction on various road surfaces, while the height-adjustable seat allows riders to find a comfortable riding position. The scooter handles slopes up to 12% and is suitable for a wide range of urban environments. For best performance, it’s recommended to store the scooter in dry conditions between 10°C and 30°C.
Safety, Storage & Portability
Front and rear disc brakes provide dependable stopping power, and the full lighting system improves visibility in low-light conditions. The removable seat and rear basket add convenience for carrying personal items. An intuitive display offers three riding modes, and the folding design makes the scooter easy to store or transport when not in use.
12-Month Warranty

xShipping & Delivery
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Continental US addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or non-US addresses due to battery safety restrictions.
Delivery Time: Most scooters are delivered within 3–5 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Accessories may ship separately and typically take 4–21 business days for delivery.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Support@Tooins.net within 3 business days. Please provide clear photos of the damage and keep all original packaging for carrier claims.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, no fees will be charged. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Once the product has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. By default, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise negotiated due to special circumstances.
Electric Scooter Return Policy
1. Return Period & Condition: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the scooter must be in its original condition, include all packaging/accessories, and have zero outdoor mileage. Outdoor riding is strictly prohibited for returns.
2. Return Shipping Fees:
• Quality Issues: If the product is defective or incorrect, we provide a free return or repair and cover all shipping costs.
• Non-Quality Returns: For any other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A flat fee of $90 USD per scooter will be deducted from your refund to cover round-trip logistics expenses.
3. Return Process: Do not send products back without our prior approval. We will provide a formal Return Label (RMA) after reviewing your request (usually within 2 business days). Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Parts & Accessories Policy
Individual parts and accessories are non-returnable. If an accessory is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. For core components like motors or controllers, we offer free replacements if issues occur within 7 days of delivery.
