We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Continental US addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or non-US addresses due to battery safety restrictions.
Delivery Time: Most scooters are delivered within 3–5 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Accessories may ship separately and typically take 4–21 business days for delivery.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Support@Tooins.net within 3 business days. Please provide clear photos of the damage and keep all original packaging for carrier claims.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, no fees will be charged. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Once the product has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. By default, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise negotiated due to special circumstances.
1. Return Period & Condition: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the scooter must be in its original condition, include all packaging/accessories, and have zero outdoor mileage. Outdoor riding is strictly prohibited for returns.
2. Return Shipping Fees:
• Quality Issues: If the product is defective or incorrect, we provide a free return or repair and cover all shipping costs.
• Non-Quality Returns: For any other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A flat fee of $90 USD per scooter will be deducted from your refund to cover round-trip logistics expenses.
3. Return Process: Do not send products back without our prior approval. We will provide a formal Return Label (RMA) after reviewing your request (usually within 2 business days). Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Individual parts and accessories are non-returnable. If an accessory is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. For core components like motors or controllers, we offer free replacements if issues occur within 7 days of delivery.
