TOOINS X2 Dual Motor Range: Plan for the Ride You Actually Take
X2’s longest range and strongest dual-motor ride describe different uses of the same battery. Plan around the ride you take rather than combining every maximum into one expectation.
Divide a planned journey into outward travel, optional stops and the return. Mark the hills and places where traffic causes repeated acceleration. This gives a clearer picture than total mileage alone, because two equally long routes can ask very different things of the scooter and rider.
Understand the reference
The current TOOINS X2 listing shows 48V 21Ah (1008Wh) and up to 68.3 miles under lower-speed, single-motor testing. Faster dual-motor travel, hills and repeated acceleration consume energy differently. Load, temperature and tire pressure also matter.

Steady paved trip
On a familiar route, note your pace and motor mode. Repeat similar trips to learn charge use and leave reserve for wind or detours. A test maximum is a reference, not a departure plan.

Complete journey
Plan parking, carrying and the return. A folded scooter retains its full weight. Measure vehicle space and allow time for charging so low charge does not leave you with an impractical trip home.
Demanding route
On faster or hillier rides, expect a different battery pattern. Note where you climb and accelerate. Hydraulic brakes and suspension help control, but do not make energy consumption independent of the route.
Use early rides to establish your own conservative planning baseline. Record mode and route conditions alongside the battery indication, and keep a margin for an unexpected detour. If the return portion contains the harder climb, allow for it before spending extra charge on the outward leg.
Record three rides
Log distance, mode, pace and charge indication at each end. Use the least favorable normal result to set your routine. If margin is tight, choose a gentler pace or shorter route and check tires.
